Terms of Service
The practical terms that apply when you use this website, buy a digital journey or book coaching.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These terms are provided by Wai Sze Chan, a UK sole trader using the professional name Ceci Chan. Business address: 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ. Email: to.ceci.chan.uk@gmail.com.
1. Scope
These terms apply to this website, The Crossroads Experiment and coaching services purchased from Ceci Chan. A separate Coaching Agreement may also apply to personalised coaching. If there is a conflict, the signed Coaching Agreement governs the coaching relationship.
2. Nature of the services
Coaching and self-guided materials support reflection, decision-making and purposeful action. They are not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, medical care, legal advice or financial advice.
3. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing and use of any information or experiments. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is handled securely through Wix and the payment methods made available at checkout. Longer coaching programmes may require a signed agreement before payment or commencement.
5. Digital journey licence
The Crossroads Experiment is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or adapt the materials without written permission.
6. Availability and changes
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website and services available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Minor improvements may be made where they do not materially reduce the service purchased.
7. Intellectual property
Website copy, exercises, frameworks, graphics and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Wai Sze Chan unless stated otherwise.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, liability is limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by a breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
