ABOUT

Warmth without avoiding what needs to be said.

Helping professional women aged 25–55 at life’s crossroads discover their own way of living well — and build the capability to create it.

Curious, honest, practical
WHO I AM

I believe useful change starts with better contact with reality.

I am an ICF-accredited coach, occupational psychologist and leadership development professional. I have spent years helping people think, learn and change—inside organisations and across very human life transitions.

I am not here to hand you a template for the “right” life. I am here to help you see what is actually happening, get specific about what matters, notice the assumptions shaping your choices and try something real.

That means our conversations can be thoughtful and deep. They can also be practical, structured and occasionally very funny. Life is serious enough. The experiment does not always have to be.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Clear thinking

Questions that help separate the real problem from noise, fear and inherited expectations.

Honest reflection

Warmth, care and encouragement—without avoiding what needs to be said.

Practical movement

Small, real experiments that create evidence instead of endless analysis.

Flexible structure

A process with direction, adapted to what is actually happening in your life.

Growing independence

The goal is to strengthen your ability to navigate life after coaching ends.

Human conversation

Professional and psychology-informed, but never cold, clinical or corporate.
