Cancellation & Refund Policy

Discovery calls

Please cancel or reschedule as soon as you know you cannot attend so the time can be offered to someone else.

Individual coaching sessions

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used, except where Ceci agrees otherwise because of an emergency or exceptional circumstance.

Coaching programmes

The signed Coaching Agreement sets out scheduling, pauses, instalments and termination for the Life Experiment Lab and Live Well Lab. If Ceci needs to cancel a session, a replacement time will be offered.

The Crossroads Experiment

When you ask for immediate access to digital content, you may be asked to acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right can be affected once delivery begins. This does not remove your rights if the content is faulty, unavailable or not as described.

Refund requests

Email to.ceci.chan.uk@gmail.com with your name, purchase email, date and reason for the request. Requests are considered fairly and in line with applicable UK consumer law.

Payment fees

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside Ceci’s control.
